When they returned to me after raising an incredible Series B round of funding, it was the dawn of the "creator economy." GRIN knew they wanted to leverage this shift and create their own category—pivoting from influencer management to creator management. We had to tell this new story without alienating existing and prospective customers who still thought of themselves as 'influencer marketers.' And we had to make it simple, so anyone could grasp this new "creator" thing.

My work began with articulating a clear and simple value prop for the software, that spoke to the heart of what marketers want.

Elsewhere on the site, we built out a case for why authentic creator management, GRIN's specialty, is essential for modern brands.

I also helped them at the product level, nailing down the core value props of the software and breaking down features in an approachable tone of voice.
